Terms of Service (End User)

Covers SIP Trunking (Volli Connect), UCaaS (Volli Business), E911, and eFax services. By using any of these services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the TOS.

Terms of Service for 911 and E911 Services

Emergency services have significant limitations compared to traditional wireline 911. Services do not support 911 emergency dialing in the same way that traditional wireline 911 services work.

  • Services require electrical power and internet access.
  • Monthly E911 fees apply per phone number.
  • Customer must register and update physical location.
  • Liability capped at amount paid in prior 12 months.

Reasonable Use Policy

Services marketed as "unlimited" will be considered 4,000 minutes per trunk. Volli prohibits illegal, threatening, abusive, or obscene material and reserves the right to suspend services for violations.

Volli commits to 99.999% service availability with defined credit remedies for downtime outside of scheduled maintenance windows.
